Elosia Lavigne is a New Orleans native, military veteran of the United States Coast Guard, and a lifelong achiever dedicated to excellence in both service and creativity. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Southern University at New Orleans and has been nationally recognized for her research and presentations on domestic violence and substance abuse.
Raised in a family of exceptional cooks, Elosia developed a deep love for food and tradition. Her culinary creations earned award-winning recognition at the Katy Rice Festival for three consecutive years (2009–2011) and features in Katy Lifestyle Magazine November (2010 and November 2011). Today, she blends her discipline, education, and passion for cooking to inspire others through meaningful meals and community connection.
